- Health Care -

     The term "health care" as used by the vast majority today is actually "crisis care", care after the damage is done. Crisis care has no equal to that performed in the United States. There is no better place to be than the United States when receiving medical care for an injury; but, do not bet your health on medical care.

     Everyday we can see or read about the growing medical care crisis. All forms of degenerative diseases are increasing: cancer, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, inflammatory disorders like rheumatoid, TB and AIDS. Why? Because no one is telling us, we are responsible for our own diseases. All diseases are opportunistic, the natural result following the disruption of a healthy body.  A weak body invites disease.

     Today, one antibiotic after another is failing to overcome the virulent strains created by over-utilization of antibiotics. Not only have bacterial and viral strains adapted and reproduced stronger resistant microbes, but the use of antibiotics have helped weaken our immune systems, leaving us more susceptible to infection.

     Health care is the care of your health. As practiced today, health care is the treatment of disease. A health care program will show you how to be healthy. As practiced today health care shows you how to take care of your illness. True health care it is concern and protection for your health. Today it is the naming and treatment of your disease.

     A true health care program would show you how to be and stay healthy. True health care by its very nature is preventative. It works at eliminating the possibility of disease. Detection, no matter how early, is about having a disease. Prevention is about not having the disease.

     We must for the health of our families and the American people abandon this attack on disease, which is nothing more than the absence of health. We must focus on the rebuilding of health. Health makes us resistant to disease. As in life, so as in health: only when we are strong (healthy) do our enemies leave us alone.

      No financial investments in a medical plan can safeguard your health. Only an investment in the care of your health will free you from the financial ravages of medical costs and the debilitating existence of non-function.

      Your participation in what prevents disease and what promotes health is what I invite you to incorporate into your life. I can open the doors of knowledge and possibilities. You choose your goals. You drive, I will navigate. As a team we can make it happen.

The following are basic tools of a good health plan.

  1. Our bodies are made up of 70% water. Our bodies need water to stimulate the function of assimilation digestion utilization elimination. No other fluid does the job as well. Drink 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water daily.
  2. To avoid becoming a toxic garbage dump, our bodies were designed to eliminate 2-3 times daily. To accomplish this normal function increase the use of fiber foods: coarse grains, green and yellow vegetables and fruits. Reduce your intake of pasty smooth food items and start moving your body.
  3. Physical inactivity breeds sluggishness in our bodies. Lack of movement promotes loss of motion and functional inability and is the natural evolution of all life. Remember, we don’t stop playing because we grow old-we grow old; because we stop playing.
  4. The foods we eat everyday are the sources our bodies must draw from to provide the tools to repair, build, heal and refuel us and then create new life. Choose nutrient rich, dense foods and supplement your diet with additional balanced nutrients.
  5. If life is not enjoyable and renewing: then the burdens we labor under will be reflected in our body as well as our mind and spirit. We may not have control over what we encounter daily but we have the free will to choose how we think and feel. Make those thoughts beneficial to your mind and body.
