Service Agreement

This ADVERTISING AGREEMENT is made and entered into this _________day of ______19_____
By and between Planet DeLand, hereinafter called "the Publisher," and____________________________________

In consideration for the promises and covenants hereinafter contained, the parties agree to the following:

The Advertiser agrees to Advertise on Planet DeLand, on the following schedule: __________ year(s),
with one (1) full web page. The Advertiser will be charged based upon this schedule subject to the
conditions set forth in the Publisher’s rate card, which is listed below. The agreed upon rate is ______, for _________.

All services on Planet DeLand are prepaid and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the following space provided.

All web page contents and or submitted pieces to any part of Planet DeLand such as articles, reports, stories, art…etc. will be rated to determine if the material needs to be protected with an adult verification guard to prevent underage viewing. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse or amend content so as to stay within our rating guidelines however we strongly believe in the freedom of the 1st amendment and will do so only at the advertisers consent. Absolutely no pornography of any kind or links to any sites that contain such material will be allowed.

A web page is defined (if printed) as an 8 ½" x 14" page with text at 10 pt (character count of 2500). Up to three photos can also be included in place of text content allowed.

The Publisher agrees to run advertising for the Advertiser under the terms and conditions on paid in full accounts of this Agreement as follows:

1) Advertisers name in the Planet DeLand Cyber Directory.

2) Full web page design/layout. Some Graphic work may be an additional cost.

3) If the Advertiser wants to be listed in more then one location in the Cyber Directory each additional listing thereafter will be $___________, which will be added to the Advertisers cost of term.

4) Advertiser will receive 1,000 FREE BUSINESS CARDS with Advertisers name, phone and location along with the Advertisers new web page address printed on them. Design and layout is a standard format determined by the publisher.

5) Publisher will be able to revise the Advertiser’s web page on our BI-monthly schedule, but no more than 3 times in the contracted year.

6) All Web pages designed for posting on Planet DeLand will remain copyrighted property of the Publisher. At the end of this agreement the Advertiser’s web page will be available for purchase at the current cost of one years service on Planet DeLand.

7) On Location photo shooting within a 7-mile radius of DeLand is provided at no additional cost. However, advertiser is encouraged to supply photos if possible to avoid scheduling delays in web page construction.
