Woodland Boulevard, 1999
At that first meeting they also named Woodland Boulevard, this was the first street laid out by Henry DeLand. In September 1886, a fire started in Wilcox Saloon, destroying the 100 block of Woodland Boulevard. As a result of City Commission passed two ordinances: Only masonry building were to be built in the downtown area, and saloons were no longer allowed within the city limits of DeLand.
