Miva Merchant Upgrade Procedure

Upgrading Miva Merchant is accomplished by running the Miva Merchant
Upgrade script.  The Miva Merchant Upgrade script is upgrade.mv, and
is unpacked in the same directory as merchant.mv.

If you use a URL such as the following to run Miva Merchant:
http://www.mydomain.com/Merchant/merchant.mv

Then you would use the following URL to access upgrade.mv:
http://www.mydomain.com/Merchant/upgrade.mv

If you use a URL such as the following to run Miva Merchant:
http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/miva?Merchant/merchant.mv

Then you would use the following URL to access upgrade.mv:
http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/miva?Merchant/upgrade.mv

In order to run upgrade.mv, you will need the user name and password
of a Miva Merchant user with Administrator privileges.  This will 
most likely be the same user that was created by the installation 
process.
