	We begin by removing all loose soil in the carpet by using a powerful dry vacuum system
	We then treat the carpet with our unique Heaven's Best cleaning chemical, which contains spot agents, solvents, brighteners, deodorizers, penetrates and an anti-static compound. The cleaning chemical penetrates each fiber and breaks up the soil trapped within.
	The chemical and the dissolved soil are then extracted by use of super absorbent cloth pads, which rotate on a commercial floor machine. As the specially designed pad rotates, it gently churns down between each yarn trapping and removing the soil, at the same time drying the carpet with our unique drying system.
	If needed we apply a spot cleaner to the carpet until all areas are clean.
	The dirt collects on the absorbent pad. We use both sides of the pad, then when it is dirty we use another clean pad. We continue until the soil and moisture are totally removed. At the end of the day we wash the dirty pads so we are ready to go the next day.
	Next, we groom the carpet fibers all in one direction. The carpet will be totally dry in less than an hour after we finish the process. The carpet will be standing up like it did when it was new. It will look, feel, and smell clean and fresh.
We use the same solution for both carpet & upholstery cleaning. The upholstery is cleaned using a portable extraction unit. The cleaning solution is applied to the furniture, and then after it has broken up the soil, both soil and cleaning solution are extracted from the furniture. The drying time may vary depending upon the type of fabric used on the furniture.

When you have extreme stains or special problem areas, which require complete saturation and extraction, we can isolate the problem area and give it the proper treatment and attention. We have the capabilities of high saturation cleaning, but use it only if there is no alternative.
