CARLOS H. FERNANDEZ, born in Guatemala, Central America, has been a resident of the United States since 1963. Carlos resides in St. Augustine Florida for the last 16 years of his life to create and perfect hand carved works of art. He faithfully replicates any and all marine life on the finest hardwoods, after the carvings are completed he paints them in their natural colors, and arranges his carvings on hand selected pieces of driftwood. Carlos' unique works of art have attracted nation wide attention, winning awards in various art shows.
