The foreign Trade Zone is located at the DeLand Airport Industrial Park and the DeLand Business and Industry Park. There are five points of entry including the Port of Jacksonville, Orlando International Airport, the Port of Tampa, Port Canaveral and Daytona Beach International Airport.

The FTZ offers a secure enviroment, high efficiency and low cost of operation. There are many incentives such as government permitting assistance, government fee grants and tax and duty benefits for new corporations that wish to establish their operation in the DeLand Foreign Trade Zone. We have over 500 acres of industrial land for new development within the FTZ and 100,000 square feet of warehouse space available within FTZ zoning.
